Graphic Ownership/Copyright:

Ownership of the final logo/artwork becomes the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of “the image” upon payment of all fees.

The use of artwork created by KillerGraffix prior to full payment or while in legal dispute is a violation of copyright infringement for which Client may be liable for civil damages of up to $100,000.

Client assumes all rights and responsibilities to freely use the final logo design. KillerGraffix is not to be held responsible for trademark or copyright infringement. Client acknowledges that Killergraffix’s artistic opinions and creations are not to be accepted as legal advice on copyright and trademarks.

All raw files, designs, concepts, or other materials displayed remain the full property of KillerGraffix.

KillerGraffix reserves the right to display the artwork in it's portfolio and advertising materials.
