A 3 month minimum service required. At it's discretion,
KillerGraffix also provides complimentary text updates that are considered "minor" or "one-time"
changes.
Re-designing a page i.e.: changing the layout background or graphics is considered the same as building a new page
and will be billed accordingly, depending on the amount of work that is required. For this type of change request,
the fee will normally be $65/hr unless stated otherwise.
To request changes to your website, you must send a written
request to support@KillerGraffix.com.
We have a 24-48 hour turn around time to respond and/or update your website.
Updates and maintenance must be paid for in advance.
KillerGraffix reserves the right to change these
terms and conditions at our discretion.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract with you
to maintain my site?
Absolutely not! We feel that you should have the choice to choose whomever you want to maintain your site. As long
as you are happy with our services, we are confident that you will continue to utilize our services.
Do you redesign existing sites?
Yes. We are constantly updating and rebuilding clients websites, large and small. This applies to any type of business.
Can I update my site myself?
If you're comfortable with making minor changes to your site, you are more than welcome to do so. Of course, we'll
give you a hand if you need help. The one thing we don't recommend is making major changes to your site yourself.
We've see numerous people run into problems in an attempt to cut corners and save a few dollars.
