KillerGraffix includes all three elements in every website we develop in order to ensure your site will work for you. The reality is that most websites out on the Internet do not work to generate new business because they are missing at least one of the three major elements (many are missing all three elements). KillerGraffix handles all aspects in creating your website from optimizing your website to ensure high visibility, writing compelling content to help convince prospective clients to contact or buy from you, and creating a graphically impressive site while also making the site easy to use for visitors to your website. In addition to our proven abilility to get a website to the top of the major search engines (meaning Google, Yahoo and MSN), we have a commitment to making sure to satisfy our clients expectations. If you've never had a website created for you, or you've had websites that have not worked in the past (almost always because of poor visibility) we intend to give you the very best service in the web design and web optimization industry. There are many website design and search engine optimization companies on the web looking to generate as many clients as possible and "turn and burn" them (meaning they just care about getting you in but service is terrible after you've signed up). Rush Charges $125.00 per hour. Rush charges apply to new artwork due in under 48 hours, and/or changes due in under 24 hours. Hourly Rate $85.00 per hour, billed in half-hour increments. Terms Balance is due upon approval of work. Final artwork will be delivered upon payment in full. For work not completed within 30 days, you will be billed for the work accrued during that time. Work will commence upon payment of this interim balance. ADDITIONAL FEES Custom Artwork Custom designed animations, illustrations, etc., will be billed at our normal hourly rate. Programming Our IT associates are capable of validated forms, shopping carts, databases, etc. - billed at $75/hr. (turnkey estimates available upon request). Stock Photography Search time will be added to the cost of licensing any image (photo or illustration) purchased for your project. Materials and Expenses Other fees may include long distance calling/faxing, scans, color proofs, disks/CDs, travel time, etc. Sales Tax State law requires that we collect sales tax from Texas customers. Tax exempt customers must provide a
resale or exemption certificate. We post the work to a private URL for proofing and testing. After the site is finished, updates to existing pages are billed at $75/hr. If you do updates often, we may consider a monthly retainer instead of hourly billing. Any new pages you add on later are billed at $100 per individual html page and $10 per image OR $75/hr., whichever works out to be cheaper. There are certain circumstances where a website design project may accrue additional fees - see below. Logo Design The fee for a logo design is $600. This flat fee includes 6 hours of design time, which is normally plenty to develop a logo. Any additional design time is billed at $95/hr. A phone conversation is very helpful - please call or email us your telephone number and a good time to call you. We start by designing in black and white, then add color. While color logos are great on websites, single-color
logos are useful and economical for print. Upon payment in full, you will receive (by email) a color version of your logo suitable for web pages and color
printing, and a black-and-white version that you can use on one-color things (like invoices). To receive these
files on a CD, please include an additional $25 with your final payment. |
